MobaXterm bundles RDP, VNC, and a built-in X server, and its Home edition is free; none of that exists in Mongrel, and if you administer Windows machines from a Windows box, MobaXterm remains a fine choice. There is also no MobaXterm session importer, so the first setup is manual. On a Mac, though, MobaXterm offers nothing at all, and Mongrel is the native one-window answer.

Can Mongrel import MobaXterm sessions?
There is no MobaXterm importer today. Mongrel imports sessions from PuTTY and KiTTY, SecureCRT (recursively, with an opt-in saved-password import), and Termius (read-only SQLite scan); other profiles are quick to recreate, with secrets stored in the OS keychain.
Does Mongrel include an X server or RDP?
No. MobaXterm's built-in X server and remote-desktop protocols are real strengths on Windows, and Mongrel does not try to replicate them. Mongrel focuses on terminals, file transfer, tunnels, databases, containers, and Kubernetes.
