Plan FAQ
Can I switch tiers later?
Yes. Upgrade anytime and we pro-rate the difference. Downgrade at renewal. No penalty.
What counts as a seat?
One human. Activation is tied to your customer portal account, not a device. Individual includes two activations per seat.
Do you offer monthly billing?
No. Annual billing only, which keeps the price low and the roadmap stable. There is a 14-day refund window if it does not fit.
Is there a free tier?
The 7-day trial is fully featured. After that, the workbench requires a license. We will not keep nagging: the app simply stops opening.
How does Educators verification work?
Apply with a .edu email or institution domain. We verify annually. Up to 100 seats per classroom cohort, with bulk license issuance for lab machines.
What about teams bigger than 25?
Buy multiple Business licenses. We do not hide pricing behind a sales call. For 100+ seats, email sales@visorcraft.com.
Refund policy?
14 days, full refund, no questions. After 14 days, prorated refund for unused months on annual plans.
Where is billing handled?
We use Stripe for PCI-DSS Level 1 compliance - we never see your card, and invoices are available directly in the customer portal.
